Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of nowaskai.com and its services, free and paid. The service is operated by [OPERATOR NAME AND ADDRESS] (the “operator”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept these terms in full.
1. The service
NowAskAI is an AI chat assistant. It lets you chat with several AI models, create images and work with files right in the chat. Basic access is free, with no account required, within the usage limits shown on the site. These limits may change to keep the service sustainable.
2. Subscriptions
We offer three monthly subscriptions: Essential, Premium and Pro. Each plan raises the daily limits (messages, images, files, available models) as described on the plans page. Prices are shown on that page and again at checkout, before you pay. Depending on your country, you are billed in US dollars (USD) or in euros (EUR). The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The price you subscribe at stays the same while your subscription is active.
Higher limits are meant for reasonable personal use. Technical safety caps, set far above any normal human use, protect the service against automation and abuse. They are never charged, and a message tells you if you reach one.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). Your card details never pass through our servers. The sale is made with the operator of the site, and the descriptor NOWASKAI appears on your bank statement.
Your subscription renews automatically every month, on the same date, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep your plan until then, with no extra charge, and you are not billed again. Cancelling does not give you a refund for the current period. Full details are in our cancellation and refund policy.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers). If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. By subscribing, you expressly ask us to start the service right away, during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw before then, within 14 days of your purchase, we refund you minus an amount proportional to the service already provided, as the law allows.
3. Your account
You can use the site without signing up. You can create a free account from the sign-up page, or one is created when you subscribe, using the email address you paid with. An account saves your conversations across all your devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done from your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and your conversations are erased.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create or share content that is illegal, defamatory or hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. You agree not to try to get around usage limits, technical limits or security measures, and not to use scripts, bots or other automated means to access the service. If you break these rules, we may suspend or remove your access without notice or compensation.
5. AI-generated content
Answers and images are generated automatically by AI models from third-party providers. Despite the filters in place, they may contain errors, inaccuracies or inappropriate content. They are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or other) and are not an authoritative source. You alone are responsible for checking and using the content generated, including any commercial use. You agree not to generate images or videos that imitate a brand, a real person or a protected work.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Access may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance or updates, or when a technical provider (hosting, AI models) fails. We work to keep the service available as much as possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect damage caused by an outage. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property and personal data
The site, its interface and its code remain the property of the operator of NowAskAI. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page. If a significant change affects your subscription, we will tell you by email before your next renewal.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, as stated in the legal notice. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution before any legal action.
